The Palaistra: Harrow martial Arts centre is located at 340 Rayners Lane: 25 meters from Rayners Lane Station. It is two doors up from Iceland in Rayners Lane. You will need to go through the door and along the corridor. The dojo is in the basement.

Training Schedule:
Thursday 7:00pm-9:00pm

Please arrive a few minutes early so that we can start promptly.
